Ms. Cuggino earned her bachelor’s degree, graduating summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Society. Ms. Cuggino worked as a paralegal for many years prior to attending law school.

Ms. Cuggino is on the faculty of Norwalk Community College, where she teaches Administrative Law for the legal assistant program.
