Christine has been handling complex real estate and corporate transactions throughout the United States for more than 15 years. She finds practical and creative solutions to issues arising in connection with the acquisition, development and disposition of properties, and general business matters.

Christine also represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of office, industrial, retail, and other specialty properties. She assists borrowers and lenders in conventional and construction mortgage financing, including debt restructuring. Christine’s background as a public accountant and auditor gives her unique insight into a wide range of financial matters that commonly affect her clients.

Christine grew up in New Fairfield, Connecticut and has returned to her roots. Christine is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, New York, and Illinois.
