Frank J. Scinto is a Connecticut attorney admitted to practice in 1983.  His focus is on counseling clients on business and real estate transactions as as well as land use matters . He has litigated in State and Federal trial and appellate courts, Probate Courts as well as prosecuting and defending claims  in arbitrations. He speaks Spanish fluently, having grown up in the Republic of Panama. His understanding of  the demands of business  is informed by practical experience and his MBA in finance.

Frank is a  past Chairman of the Board of Directors and present Director of Wellmore, a lifespan-oriented community behavioral health agency serving a 43-town region spanning from greater Waterbury and the Naugatuck Valley to northwest Connecticut. He is also a former volunteer and Chair of the Basic Needs Allocation Committee for the United Way of Greater Waterbury, a former Trustee of the Connecticut Community Foundation, a former pro bono counsel for Law Works for People, a  former Chair of the Nonprofit Assistance Initiative and a former leader and coordinator of Stephen Ministries at the First Congregational Church in Cheshire.
